Summer Course Information
We invite you to become a part of Multnomah's unique seminary program. Flexible summer schedules allow you to remain in your workplace or ministry while earning seminary credits from a school and a faculty who help prepare you for a lifetime of spiritual growth and ministry. Multnomah Biblical Seminary is an accredited member of the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada. How does it work?
Each course has precourse reading assignments and postcourse projects. The class material is presented in a one- or two-week module that may include additional assignments during the week.
Graduate Certificate Program
Multnomah's historic one-year Graduate Certificate can now be earned during the summer. Two or three courses in one- or two-week modules are offered each summer for current students, missionaries on furlough, those who want to begin seminary training, or men and women in the workplace. This first year of study provides the foundation for Multnomah's master's degree programs.
Master's Degree Courses
Enrolling in summer courses enables students to ease their schedule during the year and allows professionals with job responsibilities to earn seminary credit.
Enrolling For Seminary Credit
Application and acceptance for seminary admission are required if you are not currently enrolled in the seminary. Early application and acceptance are essential so students can receive and complete precourse assignments before classes start. The deadline for application is May 1, 2008.
Reduced Seminary Summer Tuition
The seminary is offering students a reduced summer tuition rate of $361 per credit hour for the first two credits. In addition, all credits over two will receive an additional 10 percent discount ($325 per credit hour).
Registration
