The schedule for the event involves a blended variety of topics, locations, and
experiences that present high school juniors, seniors, and recent graduates with
opportunities to wrestle with the tough issues of the Christian faith in a community
context.
Past study topics have included: The Apostle’s creed, The Glory of God, Hermeneutics/Bible
Study Methods, Suffering, the Letter to the Philippians, and many more.
Students can opt to earn 2 fully accredited Bible/Theology credit hours through
Multnomah Bible College.

Though the schedule has flexed over the years, the original design elements remain
largely unchanged. They are:
- Rigorous Inquiry -- Engaging the students with deep
theological issues that will dis-equilibrate them in their biases and presuppositions
so that they can be re-equilibrated into healthier patterns of thinking, communication,
and living.
- Holistic Learning -- Involving the whole person in the
learning experience, students are challenged cognitively, affectively, behaviorally.
This is sometimes referred to as: head, heart, and hands.
- Enduring Habits -- From the time of original contact
with the potential participant to the years following the two-week intensive event,
the student will be given opportunity to experience growth in the accountable environment
of community.
