Inaugural Meeting:
"Trends in Faith Based Philanthropy" Moderated Panel
Multnomah University and the Mission Increase Foundation are pleased to announce the creation of the Faith Based Grant Writing Consortium. This group provides a forum for grant writers representing faith based non-profits to network and develop best practices in grant seeking.
The inaugural meeting of the Consortium will feature a moderated panel discussion on "Trends in Faith Based Philanthropy." Representatives from five Northwest foundations will be on hand to discuss these trends from the perspective of a grant maker. Panelists include:
- Bob Depew, Trust Officer, The Rose E. Tucker Foundation
- Dave Farquhar, President, Mission Increase Foundation (Emcee)
- Scott Klusmann, Trustee, Juan Young Trust
- Dr. Steve Moore, President, M. J. Murdock Trust
- Program Officer, The Master's Plan Foundation
Registration will begin at 9:30 AM and lunch will be provided. Space is very limited, so register today.
